Once you have Downloaded it and entered your personal information.. it’s time to:

2.) Select your eaten food or food you plan yo eat, and put it in!!

3.) Analyze your Food Selection: Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fat(s); are you eating enough?

4.) Make Adjustments

Pay attention to how your macronutrients fit in your diet. There are some pre-sets; so be sure to look through the Macros section to customize your diet to your specific needs!!
